- Registration for Spring 2023
- Costs: Machine pitch and up $140 last year to $155 this year
- Coach pitch $100 to $115
- 4U $75 to $90
- Player limits: do we cap it to maybe 10 teams with 11 players?
- Scheduling- make sure no double booking if a coach is coaching 2 different teams.
- Tourney dates: Josh to start calendar?
- Dugout progress: Field 5 done, F 1 in progress, paint ideas?, color scheme
- Equipment order- mid March
- Sponsorship proposal from Dick’s Sporting Goods
- How much of each/equipment
- $25 discount to all managers
- $25 discount to all travel discount
- Should have a guestimate for equipment numbers before March 1
- Need to come up with Equipment turn in date. Always have a pick up date but don’t
- always get equipment back.
