Outs
If your scheduled time gets rained out, your team may be
scheduled for a different day and time later in the season.
- Please
Be On Time
Please note the overlap in shift times. This time is scheduled
to provide adequate training time for each shift. Please
be on time for your scheduled shift.
- Failure
to Show
Failure to work your scheduled time will result
in the forfeit of your next regularly scheduled game and
your team will be rescheduled to work another shift.
- Numbers
for Staffing
Each team must supply a minimum of five workers during
the entire shift. Team moms: Just a suggestion, it is easier
to assign your parents to a time rather than ask for volunteers.
If you break your scheduled time in half (please include
a 15 minute overlap) your team should have adequate number
of workers.
- Wash your hands
Please wash your hands when you enter the concession stand. If you leave and re-enter the concession stand you are required to wash your hands again.
- Wear a Hat
All concession stand workers must wear a hat while in the concession stand. If you do not bring a hat with you, you must wear a hat provided by the concession stand.
- Hiring replacement workers
To hire a teen through the concession stand parents can stop by the
concession stand and schedule it through Dee Keywood (Concession Mrg). The cost is $16 for a half shift per person. The teen is paid the entire amount. We need a 72 hour notice and the parent must pay with cash when they schedule it with Dee.
- Age
Criteria
No one under the age of 16 is allowed to be in or to work
in the concession stand for any reason. Please arrange for
all younger children to be otherwise supervised.
